The entire exhibition consists of 3 collections, a total of 51 pieces, and will open on 10 May 2018 and run until 25 May 2018. The first collection, titled “Revolutionary Faces of Africa - Rostros revolucionarios de África”, consists of 19 pieces and are painted by Venezuelan Artist Jorge Cruz. The second collection is called “Faces of African Revolutionary Leaders” and consists of 18 pieces. The third collection is called “Venezuelan Heroes of African Descent” and showcases a collection of important Afro-Caribbean personalities and consists of 14 pieces, which was designed by the Venezuelan Strategic Research Institute for Africa and its Diaspora.
